Return policy
Yolanda Pesto sauces are made with quality ingredients and a desire to provide you with the freshest pesto available. Because we pride ourselves on making pesto fresh to order we ship our products using express shipping. Most orders are delivered Tuesday through Friday. We cannot ship to incomplete addresses or to post office boxes. Since our products are perishable, please be sure that the recipients will not be out of town as the delivery service will leave the package at the residence. The products may arrive partially thawed or fully thawed but cold. Refrigerate/freeze upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible and unable to accept returns or refunds due to mishandling, leakage, damage or shipping delays that result in packages left outside and unsigned for. However, we do take these incidences into account by packing the jars securely and with enough coolants to last a few days. But If the product is damaged or there are any other problems with the product, please let us know by email within 24 hours from delivery of your order for an exchange
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped either UPS/USPS.
